Getting a punctured tyre fixed

Article updated on 15/11/2021

Our roadside assistance covers towing in the event you get a puncture and the car can no longer be driven.

If the owner left a spare tyre in the car, change the tyre and ensure to let the owner know as soon as possible.

In the event of a puncture, it's down to the driver to replace the tyre. If it's necessary to change two tyres or more after a puncture, you'll have to pay for the replacement of the first tyre and 50% of any additional tyres; the other half will be on the owner.

If the puncture is due to an abnormal wear of the tyres, all expenses will be on the owner.
