Contacting the driver

You can contact the driver anytime:

  • Before accepting the rental: go to Requests and select the relevant request. The driver's phone number will appear below their name, on the left.
  • Once the rental is accepted: go to Your rentals and select the relevant rental. You can contact the driver through the "Messages" tab, or directly by phone. The driver's phone number appears below their name.

We advise that you contact the driver as soon as you can if you have any specific requests, or if you need them to make changes to the rental. To ensure a smooth trip for you both, we also suggest to contact the driver to agree on a meeting place if necessary.
