Contacting roadside assistance

The roadside assistance service can be contacted 24/7. This is the service you should contact when the vehicle cannot be driven (e.g. engine breakdown, accident).

You do not have to organise the breakdown service for the vehicle yourself. The roadside assistance service will organise and take responsibility for:

  • Repair at the roadside or towing of the vehicle to the nearest garage.
  • Transport home or onward travel for the driver.
  • The costs incurred by the owner when travelling to the garage where the vehicle has been taken.

To contact roadside assistance, go to your rental page and you’ll see a link to contact them under the ‘’need help’' section.
