If there's an incident during a rental, you'll need to send us the pictures taken from the walk-around inspection at check-in. This will allow us to review the damage done to your car.
If you used a mobile contract, these pictures are not stored in your phone's memory but directly in the Getaround app.
To share theses photos with us, open the Getaround app and click on the rental in question. From this page, go to Rental agreement > See photos > Send photos to Getaround.
