The driver should return the vehicle as clean as it was at the start of the rental.

If the vehicle requires professional cleaning, contact us before getting the car cleaned, to provide photos evidencing the state of the car, as well as the quotation for the service.
To submit a request for compensation, go to Your rentals > Completed rentals > Relevant rental > Customer Service tab > Submit a request. You will then have to attach the paper agreement (unless you have completed a mobile agreement) and describe the condition of the vehicle to Getaround. You will need to attach photos, as we require them to process your request.
You have 48 hours following check-out to contact Getaround and request compensation.
NB: If the car requires professional cleaning, Getaround will only refund the bill but won't apply the standard compensation.
