Finding or editing my rental agreement

To start a rental on Getaround, you need to complete and sign the rental agreement. The owner is responsible for downloading the agreement (paper or mobile agreement) and getting you to sign it at check-in, after you’ve completed it together. As a driver, you don’t get access to the agreement beforehand.

If you realise that your personal details are incorrect on the agreement, you can correct them using the Getaround app by going to Other > Your profile > Modify your profile > Save. The owner will then have to download and print the agreement a second time (if it’s a paper agreement), or simply open the mobile agreement on their Getaround app, tap the three small dots on the top right, then tap ‘Restart the rental agreement’ to see your updated details on the mobile agreement.
