Getaround provides a pre-completed rental agreement for each rental. This agreement is available online in Your rentals once the rental has been booked and paid for on the website.
If the agreement contains incorrect information (licence number entered wrong, incorrect 'valid from' date, etc.), the mobile agreement can be modified via the app. To do this:
The driver has to open the Getaround app on their phone, then modify the information in their profile in the section Other > Your profile.
Once this has been done, on the owner side, open the agreement in your Getaround app, tap the three small dots in the top right of the screen, then tap on 'Restart rental agreement' to see the modifications.
