The roadside assistance service provides the breakdown service if there is a puncture and the vehicle cannot be driven.
If your vehicle comes with spare tyres as standard, you must provide one for the driver.
If there is a puncture, the driver has to pay for the tyres. If two or more tyres have to be changed following a puncture, the driver has to pay for the replacement of one tyre, as well as 50% of the cost of the second tyre. You have to pay the other half of this cost.
NB: If the puncture is caused by abnormal wear of the tyres, you have to pay the costs in full.
