Managing my calendar and availabilities

To make changes to your calendar, click on the first and last half-day of the period to be modified, then select 'Available' or 'Unavailable'. If your vehicle is always available during the same period, use the 'Repeat' option. When your car has been booked, this is automatically shown on the calendar: you don't have to update it yourself. If necessary, you can provide further details about the times you are available, e.g. Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m., or Saturdays after 8 p.m.

We advise you to update your calendar as often as possible:

  • Your listing will go up in the search results (the date your calendar was last updated influences your ranking and is displayed on your listing).
  • This will stop you receiving requests that don't suit you, and make sure that interested drivers are not disappointed if your car is not available.

Tip: Click regularly on 'My calendar is up to date' (even if you haven't made any changes). The more recent your last calendar update, the higher your listing will feature in the search results.

Update your calendar in Your vehicles > Calendar.
