What happens if the driver can't give the car back where agreed?

At the end of the rental, the driver should return the car to the same spot where they picked it up from, or within a radius of 400 metres from the listed address.

A compensation fee up to £100 will be applied if they return the car further than the accepted 400 metre radius from the listed address without your agreement.

Please note the driver must also return the car in an authorised location. If the driver parks in a ticketed spot, it will be the driver's responsibility.
